I agree 25 is a much for Street Boss. Closing sprinters are not normally you best stallion prospects. I guess they are going off of Street Cry's big year. I cant coment on his phyical but Headley knows a good horse.

Give me Street Boss any day over the likes of Daaher at 30k and Divine Park at 17.5.

Street Boss is also a fantastic looking horse. I think anyone going to see him is going to be impressed.

ML is getting silverbulletday.. lucky dog. has to do better than tice though.

Darley owns too many horses of the same blood. they are basically adding one a year at this clip as well. i'm pretty sure desert party will be party of the gang sooner or later as well

I really like Notional's chances as well. He had terrific speed and a really interesting pedigree. If there was another heir to the In Excess throne to rival Indian Charlie, it will be him.

I heard ML is getting Tough Tiz's Sis too. That's going to be an enormous foal potentially. I mean I hear things about maiden mares and foal size but considering the size of the parents, isn't there a chance this one would be huge?

Not sure about Street Boss, but Quiet American at $15k, Holy Bull at $10k, and Cherokee Run at $25k are going to get some attention.

I kinda like Notional but I thought he would come in at 5k. I think 10k is a bit much & 12,500 is way too much for Tiz Wonderful & Into Mischief as I thought of them as 3k-5k stallions. There are just too many stallions.

Why? He's had a quiet year. He's currently sitting 30 on the top sires list and his best earner this year is Zanjero.

Cherokee Run always has cyclical performances at stud. He'll have a big year, go quiet for a year or two, and then come back hard.

No question in my mind that Midnight Lute is a special racehorse and $20,000 appears a fair stud fee. Whether he will become a successful sire remains to be seen. It appears he will get a very nice book of mares his first season but I wonder what the measurement folks will say on physical compatibility. He's such a big horse-wondering how he will fit the mare population physical landscape?

Yeah I was thinking 10 was a little high for Notional but Bring the Heat in Fla is at 5k And I think Notional has much more going for him and maybe a deal can be made. Spendthift must give some deals how else did they get over 100 mares to Don't Get Mad, right??
