Pedigree Query

Impeachment will be standing at Rockin' River Ranch in Iowa in 2009. I haven't seen him yet, but I think he matches up well pedigree-wise with my Beau Genius mare (crossing full brothers Vice Regent and Viceregal). Would anyone like to share their impressions of him? I am curious about his physical attributes and why he retired from racing so quickly.

Impeachment is very correct and physically looks great, he stands 16.2.
He ran 11 times in 8 months, the final 5 races were Grade 1 (including all 3 triple crown races). Following the Travers he came up with a tendon problem and that fall decided to syndicate him (for $750,000) instead of returning him to the track.

I am so sorry to here that Impeachment is leaving our area :cry:

I am however very glad that I have one of his beautiful foals

I'm sorry to see Impeachment leave Ontario. At least I got a beautiful Impeachment filly before he left.
