Pedigree Query

I've read quite a few posts about the economy, and farms reducing fees, offering incentives, etc. I started wondering about stud fees in general. So far I've been very fortunate in that I've never paid full price for a breeding. I was just curious if this was an oddity, or general accepted practice.

I would love to know various details to any of your agreements with stud farms (i.e. what percentage reduction you received as a result of negotiating a NG contract).
