Johar

Does anyone else get the feeling he will be a hit next year on the track or is it just me? his first crop of 2yos are winning at an average distance of almost 8 furlongs, not the usual 5.5 to 7 like most 2yos sires. given his female family, i think he might shape up next year to turn out to be a good 3yo stallion. so this year might be the time to get in on him, you can probably get a season a lot lower than his advertised. any thoughts?

I've always like Johar. Considering his pedigree and his race record, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see his offspring come on strong in their 3YO year (and beyond), especially those that get a chance to run on the turf.

Did I hear that he was a real mean stallion? Or was that Chapel Royal? One of those two . . .

Johar is quite starchy. He's been known to go after the grooms.

I have a weanling Johar on the ground and the mare is back infoal to him.

LOVE the Johars first-time turf.
