Wonder why they are moving him to LA?

Probably the 2% stakes winners that he has produced so far.

Did not notice that, their website mentioned 20% stakes horses, thats what had me wondering.

Thanks.

read it again- it says 20 stakes horses- not 20%

I'm sure he will get plenty of bookings here none the less. I can't believe how many stallions they have at Elite now, they up to 15 now!
I think he is the only Cherokee Run stallion in the state??

Guess I should have finished my cup of coffee before posting lol.

A friend of mine purchased Cherokee Beau last month to breed his mares. He is the only other Cherokee Run stallion that I know of in the state.

You know what though? If you put the stakes winners aside, his numbers aren't all that bad. I have no financial or rooting interest in him but I noticed that his earnings haven't been all that bad...

He has a nice one in Earth Living who is based in Japan and placed in the 1000 Guineas in Dubai today at a mile & looks like she can stay a longer trip. Interesting pedigree note is that this filly is from the same family as The infamous Green Monkey.
