:(
Anyone want to comment on his bloodlines. (please) I really like the way he is bred and was hoping to hear some other views.

What lines would he cross with and what Faults should be watched for?
anyone?

He's a 3/4 brother to Bright Candles who was a heck of a racemare and the dam of Ashford stallion Grand Slam. Two of his sibilings stand in Oklahoma, Bonus Time Cat (Storm Cat)and Christmas Storm (Storm Bird). One of our former clients owns Bonus Time Cat and while early buzz was that he was a phenomenal looking horse, he hasn't really produced much, but their are probably some good reasons for that. As for Bonus Money, he was a decent performer on the track, but Chief's Crown never really hit as a sire of sires and was more of a broodie sire.

I have a message into the farm where he stood, Ken Arnold Ranch, but it seems he has moved does anyone know where?

Looked at his foals intersting to see he got some money out of non winning mares.

 Louis your in CA any comments?

Bonus Money is a sleeper stallion for the small breeder. Once his offspring has broken their maiden, they have went on to win many more races and their total lifetime starts is on the high side. I havent seen a picture of Bonus Money so I cant comment on his conformation.

Bonus Money has produced superior runners when bred to mares by the (Phalaris) sire line. These include sons of Alydar, sons of Seattle Slew, Easy Goer, Native Royalty, and Mr. Leader.

If you have a mare by Bonus Money, you would breed her to Benchmark a son of Alydar, as this cross has been most productive.
