Gayego Has Colic Surgery Retiring Now?

Gayego was entered Saturday at Presque Isle but was shipped to Ohio State Saturday morning with colic. Apparently he had a loop of intestine "over" his spleen? Was not twisted. Is now recovering nicely. Since he was suppose to retire the end of this season I am assuming we will not see him race again.
