Oddity Note: Third in race, Fantastic Song, is out of a 1/2 to Shakespeare

Not surprised at all. I loved the way he looked... I loved his babies... and he was one of the most talented horses of the last 25 years in the US.

I just hope he makes it back up to KY ASAP. But he'll obviously need to do more. Look for the colt Laertes to run big when he comes back off a little break.
