Unusual Heat's stud fee for 06 has been raised to $10,000.
I saw Dianne Barry Abrams wife this morn and she gave me the news on his 06 fee.
At $10,000 UH is a bargain in the market place.

OK Louis heres the truth.
I just sold a weanling to the owners of Unusual Heat and this is what Madilyn said. She said His stud fee will be $12.500. next year. She also said they had offers to stand him in Kentucky but thought it was best for California breeders to keep him here.
I am so thankful for the great deals I got when I did. Now for the next great deal. Who will he be ???

I'm not sure ?
All I know is I talked to Madilyn Auerbach today. I asked her if his fee was going to $10,000 and she said it would be $12,500. She said they had compared all the horses who's fees were in that range and felt he was still a bargin for Ca. at that price.
Unusual Heat has been booked full, 90 to 100 mares for the last three years, there really is no reason not to raise it.
I personally still think we will not really know until this coming Barretts sale what he should stand for. We personally are not willing to pay that much, especially after what we had gotten him for last year.
