Half to Tates Creek and Sightseek. Also from the family of Confessional etc. He's got quite the pedigree. Hopefully he will throw soundness from his dam's side.

Is there a soundness issue elsewhere?

He is going to be standing at Key Ranch in Salado, TX. An earlier post asked about soundness and from the dam side there should be no issue, and have not heard that about Pulpit. Sightseek and Tates Creek obviously did not have a problem. I have seen the stallion and he is very impressive. There are a lot of good crosses available to this pedigree as well.

I have done a little research and have found that Deputy Minister, Strawberry Road, just about anything from the Icecapade line should cross well. I have a Hermitage mare that i am going to send to him, able to bring Special fairly upclose on both sides of the pedigree. I also think that Gone West, Summer Squall will cross well going back to more strong mare influence from Weekend Surprise.
