I read with interest the value attributed to Deputy Minister line Stallions in the U.S. Sadly in Australia apart from Dehere ,this interest is almost non existent. We are self absorb with colonial bred or Danehill dominant stallions . .A French Deputy GRI winning son is available in Australia having just retired ( purchased to compete in the melbourne cup but broke down).. This horse won his GR1 in Argentina as well as being twice Gr2 placed 2nd , further to winning 2 mile races one in the time of 1.33.65. HIs dam was a Gr1 winning champion mare of her year in Brazil.. She has been the dam of 4 Graded stakes winners amongst 8 to race ,all of which have been winners.. He is in the mold of French Deputy and stands 16.1 hands...French Deputy shuttled to Australia for the last 3years with mixed reception .He is not returning for 2006..His sire son Kurofune has had an outstanding start to stud ,siring the champion 2yo colt of 2005 in Japan... I ask is there a market for this horse in the States???

Wow, G1 winner by French Deputy whom I have considerable respect for. Big Plus.

Downside is that his G1 win was at 1 1/2 and his female family is strictly South American.

What else has he done besides his G1 win? I don't have his complete race record for GENEREUX. Right?
