G3 Winning Son of Alydar Available

Postby madelyn » Tue May 23, 2006 9:05 am

KANDALY won the Louisiana Derby (G3) and earned over $446,000. He is currently located in Florida and is looking for a home. The owner is not able to assist financially in any way for his care or transportation.

He would be suitable for a nice regional program. PM me for details.

Thanks.

Hope he finds a great home....has anyone cross posted to the sporthorse community? Looks like some nice bloodlines for the jumping world too.

This is his half brother:

They are really similar, but Kandaly is slightly more refined. Still hunting a photo of him.

Found it:

There is a picture attached to his pedigree here in the database...not sure of the age of it though

Thanks to everyone for the PM's, that clarified for me that I did not provide enough information. The horse is not for sale, he is owned by an elderly lady who lives in New York and is looking for a farm that might want to stand him at stud. I said I would post the info for her to help her out, but it is not her intention for his ownership to transfer to others, just his bills. Sorry if I sound cynical. But he IS a nice horse. With regard to progeny information, those reports can be ordered from the Jockey Club. I am just a go between on this.. she has not laid eyes on the horse in some time.

Did you get my PM? The people I mentioned are interested in a regional sire, they might be interested in a lease arrangement too.

Actually, summerhorse, I did not get your PM. I did get a response and a deal might be in the works.

That's great. The people I PMed you about were looking to buy anyway.
