I know its early but anyone see anything that they like today. I am heading down tomorrow and Monday, but just window shopping. Interested in seeing the Oratory(s) and the Domestic Disputes up close...

So far we're a go for both days. Gerry we don't own a trailer, if we did I'd offer . I know how messy it can get in NY.

Gerry-
I missed 162. But on the other two..... I think you got a steal (but remember I tend to put too much weight into what I call structural integrity). I don't recall them going above 2k either...wth??? A Crafty Prospector bm for less than 2k...... even my penny pinching husband raised his eyebrows!! I never thought I would here him say "crap we should have gone".....
West Indies I thought was nice, but I don't know much about Purple Passion. Both are preg right??? Can't wait to see the results!!

Can't wait to really get to eyeball them tomorrow!!

Please look at them, and tell them I will get there eventually. I have to go pick up the trailer...it broke down Thursday, thank goodness it was fixed quickly.
I dont know much about Purple Passion but geesh how often can you by a Gone West daughter that cheap! who is a granddam of stakes horses.

Gerry- have a safe trip in all that snow. :) Holy cow all that snow!! And there is an over turned horse trailer on the news to boot!!

All you lucky others enjoy the sale. As I would have been, but now I am going to be a net watcher. I actually got up ready and feeling good. Go to put the nags out and my lil dim filly hung herself up in her stall. And instead of waiting for me to show her the error of her ways she kicked the living hell out of it and cut herself. Looks to be cosmetic but I am a worried mother hen, so I will be keeping an eye on her leg she cut. Gee there was a reason I liked TWH's..... oh yeah they have sense enough not to roll over to a side wall you are already up against.

Not to mention now the hubby is down with what I had.... and so he's poking fun at me for deserting him but staying around to make sure the "girl" is alright. But although it may be his wooziness talking I am hearing mumblings about going to a Keeneland sale to make up for my bad weekend. :P

Hope those who got to go drama free have a great time!! Enjoy a crab cake and a great buy for me !! :D

We didn't go today either. My four legged daughter is about to give birth to a litter and I don't want to abandon her in her time of need. Plus, I looked at the results for the mares and decided it would probably be a blood bath for the weanlings too.

I wish I had a few thousand hanging around, I could have picked up some nice mares CHEAP.

Geesh!
