Turf works at baby sales

Postby Rokeby Forever » Tue Apr 17, 2007 7:11 pm

I, for one, love the idea. I never understood why turf bred babies were forced to work under tack on the dirt.

Who bought the Monarchos Claiborne bred today for $260K (or something like that?) He showed really well on the grass and I don't think he would have exhibited nearly the same stride on the rock hard Polytrack at Keeneland.

I believe John Oxley bought the Monarchos offspring today.
