Adena Springs seemed busy today

they were spending some money on quite a few mares today. I wonder witch stallion there supporting with them? Let's hope it's there Fla stallions. lol

Adena does support ALL of their stallions, and they buy/sell broodmares like crazy every year. They buy to get their stallions' books filled, then sell at the "Adena Only" sales. They paid around $70K for a mare named Luscious two years ago (we were the underbidder) then I saw she just sold two days ago for $18K--they spend the money to support their stallions with the right mares, but to take losses like theat seems like scary math to me!
