Dear Mood Swings,

I just saw your last post...am filled w/grief for you...I hope, hope, hope, everything will turn out alright!

I read through all the posts in hopes of getting some info for myself...my mare has had spots of blood in her tail and in her stall...my vet thought varicose veins, but did find thickening of the placenta in one place...we are on a volley of Regumate, SMZ's, Pentoxyfilline, and Banamine. I'm still afraid..any thoughts?

How did you and what did you first notice w/your mare?
