Triple A, Furacin, Corona, Ichthammol, Aloe Vera, bluing, most anything that is made for cuts and scrapes works.
The main thing is to clean the wound well, and keep it clean, to prevent infection.
In the case of a scrape, I would probably go with a Furacin type spray or Wonder Dust.
A superficial wound most likely would heal best with a good cleaning, then something that will dry it out rather than keep it moist...
A number of opinions, and none of them are wrong... just a matter of preference....
