Pedigree Query

Looking for a new place to board. Any suggestions?

My horse's care is getting compromised with a lack of turnout. She is a young horse, she needs a chance to be OUT of her stall in a place where she can move about. Myself, my vet, my farrier, and my trainer all believe it would be in her best interest.

Preferences to barns that will turnout (even in an arena if the paddocks are too icy) and have indoor arenas (for training purposes in foul weather). I have no qualms about the place being a private or semi private barn as opposed to a boarding or training facility.

She can be a handful, so it really can't be someone who's new to the business or who uses unreasonable measures to handle horses. Thank you all for reading this!

Quick update: Found a facility that seems like it matches up to the care I want for my horse. I just wish it were closer and less expensive - but the lady is nice, business like, and the barn is immaculate. Her barn help is sweet and easy to talk to/shoot the breeze with. Apparently they'll turn her out at least in the indoor for awhile each day on days it's icy - and if she's not moving around like she should be, or on the other extreme, bolting towards the gate, or even being a bit high strung from being stalled - they're willing to lunge her or chase her just enough to keep her moving.

They teach Level 3 Centered Riding (Dressage) and board includes a 1/2 hour lesson each month. The barn is heated and they also have an outdoor and wash stalls. They're hand picking their boarders - so far I'm only the 4th to get in. Also, they say each horse there, regardless of past, starts with a clean slate there - which is awesome since at the other places, her reputation from campus preceded her unjustly.

At any rate, yesterday the farrier also showed up - and of course, she didn't show any signs of unsoundness even during free lunging.... so he said just keep doing whatever I'm doing since it seems to be working and agreed with me that more turnout should help.
