NEED A REFERENCE - VET TO SCOPE COLT

Since TB breeders/buyers seem to have more reason to know this - can anyone in the north of Seattle area recommend a vet who is very knowledgable in performing this procedure?
We have to get vetting done prior to presenting our Irish Draught stud colt for his inspection (for breeding approval) and one of the requirements is an endoscopic exam, within thirty days prior to the inspection. I'd like to have soemone do it who does it a LOT and is really good with it - still not really fond of invasive procedures that are not medically necessary!
Can anyone fairly local (we are outside of Monroe WA) recommend a vet?
TIA,
