the website lists the ingredients on the product. the website declines to list dosages on any of their products. thus, unknown from the website what u r getting. you can look up ingredients on Wikepedia and see what the ingredients do.

Yeah I tried it... to be honest it didn't help. I tried it on a few neurotic mares and some crazy yearlings and they were still neurotic and crazy :lol: Unfortunately for me it did not "chill" them out.
