"A Cell Vet" for Tendon Repair

Has anyone tried the "A Cell Vet" protocol for treatment on bowed tendons or other ligament related damage?

I talked to a rep from the company who claims the powder form has been quite successful in reproducing tendon fiber very similar in appearance to normal fiber tissue.
