I'm so uset I can that it's all I can do to put this in writing
On Jan 22,2008, Loudoun County Animal Control in Norther Va. seized 48 horses from a property in Midleberg Va. The horses that wre seized range from under 1 year to seniors and are in varying states of health, some have ribs clearly showing along their sides
If that isn't horrable enough in March 2007 the same smuck, 45 year old DENNIS B DANLEY was in Jefferson County in West Va. with 5 deadand decaying horses and was starving 10 more horses!!!! is on pet-abuse.com. He was charged with only one count of animal cruelty and was sented to 90 days in jail. The sentance was suspended and DANLEY was put on propation for 1 year . He was also ordered not to own anamials for 5 years
This smuck just skips on over to Va., sets up shop with DONALD CUTSHAW and PABLO COSME, and was staving 48 more horses

Hope some horse people in this area in the know find him before I do, my sentance would be to tie him necked in a field with no food or water to die in his own filth
These were beautiful Throughbred bred mares,foals,yearlings, I'm sure they could be of some good Througbred blood. They are currently at the Loudoun County shelter where they are used to caring for just one or two horses. Being in Loudoun County I have contacted them to volunteer to help in any way I can .
