Pedigree Query

Has anyone used this product on there racehorses? its suppose to take the place of injections, ankle,knee, etc. etc.

What im wondering is do you use this product and still inject your horse or do away completely with injections?

I was just talking to my trainer about this product. He uses it on a number of his horses and is very pleased with the results. His assistant told me that since they started using it, they've stopped doing some of the injections they were doing because the injections now seem unnecessary.

I've been using it since June on my "hocky" 14 YO lower level dressage horse. He was doing well on it and it took the place of Adequan injections until his most recent injury; hip injury - we put him back on AQ to to help aid in his recovery. I use the liquid form of Lubrisyn in his daily feed, the paste would melt in my tack room.

Has anyone used it on themselves? I have heard that it works well for people. I have terrible knees and would love some feedback. I recently also heard about a product from Canada called Lakota Anyone know anything about that?

I don't know from experience, but some of the people on The Chronicle of the Horse BB RAVES about using it on themselves, I don't know what the thread name was on their either, sorry

I've also heard of people using it on themselves and really liking the results, though I haven't tried it personally.

Can someone tell me a bit more about lubrisyn? What is it, how does it work, what is it for, sounds like an antiinflamatory, or is is topical (no you said in the feed) thanks.
