Surpass (1% diclofenac sodium) Anyone ever use it?

Has anyone ever used Surpass a topical Anti-inflammatory cream? I bought the cream today from my vet and I am going to use it on my filly on her knee which is puffy. I was just wondering if anyoe has had good luck using it?
