displacing 2 yr filly

Does anyone have any suggestions for 2yr race filly that when scoped and shows quite a bad rub/ulcer from displacing. Stopped in last 3 starts but works ok in the AM. She is wearing a tounge tie and has just started with a figure8 and we have ordered a Serena Song bit for her. Oh, and we did the Lewellyn procedure( spelled wrong I'm sure) prior to the last bad start. Vet says otherwise good airway. I would most appreciate any suggestions. Thanks much, Lee
