Pedigree Query

I'm looking for someone who follows blood lines to take a look at my mare Tiny Toy and give me an analysis. Are they good, bad, indifferent?

I have a strange situation. I listed her for sale, and was contacted by someone who says she was a previous owner, though she is not on the owner list. She wants to get her back, but does not have the money. She has a horse that she wants to trade, so I am trying to figure out if it would be a good deal, or if I would be slitting my own throat.

Also, what would be the value of this horse?

Is your mare the 1987 model?

While there are some very old bloodlines close up in her pedigree, there is a pretty deep lack of distinction in her family in terms of stakes winners. Also, since the mare is 19 and according to the APR had just the two foals in '99 and '00 I think whatever you could get for this mare would be a pretty good offer.
