Premium Tap

wow.. anyone check out Premium Tap's pedigree?

He's inbred to STAGE DOOR JOHNNY! The ONLY solid/professional stallion from the USA, and one who is rarely (ever) duplicated in pedigrees. I think everyone assumes that you'd get a plodder.

Also, his broodmare sire is Thirty Six Red, who just never made it as a commercial sire, but had a very decent race record. He is inbred to Tom Fool (IC) and Princequillo (IS), and both his sire and dam are from the same female family of Bourtai.

His sire, Pleasant Tap, is a 1/2 brother to KY Derby winner Go For Gin, sire of Albert the Great, sire of Nobiz Like Shobiz.

My mares are both speedsters that ran at 6 f and less. Wonder if he'll be looking for speed mares when he retires?? Oooh, pick mine!

Since both Pleasant Tap and Go for Gin are by sons of His Majesty and out of Never Knock I would call them 3/4 siblings. Is that correct?

Thanks
