I was waiting for someone else to comment, but apparently all that Old English Rancho breeding was too much for them to take. I'm not going to look up any numbers; you could do that or someone else could. I can tell you that I took care of three of the stallions listed in this pedigree. That alone was frightening enough for me. And the very first horse I claimed was a son of Indian Hemp - and yes, that makes me feel old.

Something Lucky was a rather pretty horse as I recall (he's not one of the three I took care of), and he got those types of horses, too - lots of white, pretty Northern Dancer heads. I think he was a better sire than his numbers would indicate, too.

Windy Sands was a good broodmare sire, especially considering the mares he got bred to. He was kind of a coarse individual. A real classy guy to be around - a real pro.

What is your mare doing now?

She is bred to a son of Mr Prospector w/ A+nick Q6
I'm familiar w/Something lucky as I have another broadmare by him also bred by OER. Also seen him in person last year at Old English Rancho "Beautiful Horse" . I'm not knowing does her pedigree stand up to what's being bred to run these days? As I'm only familiar w/ her sire and not her bottom. Thanks
