Question @ red asterisk, blue name, & x-factor in pedigr

I am sorry if this has been answered previously. I searched manually and with the search functions, but could not find an answer to my questions.

1) In the .pdf printed pedigrees, Some names show in blue, while some are bolded (G1W), and all others seem to be regular print. What does the blue mean?

2) In the .pdf printed pedigrees, Some horses have red asterisks following their names. What does this mean?

3) Does the x-factor information show up in the printed version? If so, how is it represented?
