Need pedigree for mare named Countess Di

I have been asked to work with this mare to get her a show/breeding home and am trying to get her full pedigree.
I know her name is Countess Di and she was born in 2002 and is by the stallion Concern. She is a real cute mare who stands only at 15 h and was not raced since she had no desire.
She is well started undersaddle and went to the track but she had no speed.

Countess Di was out of Sweet Roberta(FR) 1984 x Don Roberto - Sweet Mermaid(GB). My sincere apologies! (Both Sweet Robertas were graded stakes winners.)
