2007 Black Filly for Sale

Postby lazyfranch » Thu May 24, 2007 1:41 pm

Kiss Me Im Clever born March 17, 2007 is by Clever Return and out of Kiss My Asterisk.

Flashy filly with wonderful movement. At a month old her stride was twice the length of her body. She has very uphill movement as well.

Will be Texas Accredited.

Asking $7,500.00, would be interested in partnership on her as well. Stallion owner was impressed with her, my mare is bred back to Clever for a foal for them.

I'm going to lay it on the line here. Most of you know that I inherited my mare. I was advised to breed to an Icecapade stallion, and was lucky that Clever Return who is in my neighborhood is such through Clever Trick.

I would love to see this girl get to the track to fulfill a dream of my friend who bred and owned her before he got too ill to do anything with her and left her to me.

I don't know much of anything about TB's, except I love my mare, and I've been told this filly is phenominal. Now mind you, I may be barn blind. If anyone has any input/advice/criticism, please feel free to share it.

this is an old picture, but she is at the Stallion's barn right now and I don't have any current ones.

Thanks. She has that "edge" that I think will definately help her at the track.

We were trying to bring back together some old bloodlines. Clever is 21 and although Aster isn't that old, she has the old bloodlines up close.

We'll see how we did in a few years I guess. Mom is booked back to Clever for this year and next.

Very nice filly. In my experience, and this is just my two cents, you will probably have more luck selling this filly, or building a partnership for her, once she is registered, broke, and two years old.

Thanks Madelyn, I have no problems if she ends up hanging around, believe me..... She has a lot of growing up to do, she just turned 2 months old.

I admire the "tricks" and her color is more than "clever"; is she the liver chestnut she appears in this second pic? I can see her edge. So nice. Best of all luck with her.

thank you, last time I saw her (she's at the stallion's barn) she was shedding off black around her muzzle and eyes. Her color is still a mystery, but I am settling toward dark bay.
