I don't understand how someone could subject a horse to this crap.

to boot, he still isn't THAT good of a trainer.

If he was banned for life, it would hardly be a loss as best I can tell given his lamentable record as a trainer in America.

And we wonder why horse racing has a hard time recruiting new fans. If true, this sort of barbarism should be handled quickly, quietly and intolerantly. Au vois, Patrick.

There's no sense in it... and to keep it in your barn might be a HUGE indicator that it's something used regularly... too much trouble to bring it with you daily or whenever needed... Dumb ass... his saving grace might be he has a ton of money behind him..

How's he going to snake his way out of this one?

Soooo....in the last year, Pletcher got 45 days, Fallon got banned, and now this? Lucky for Coolmore that there's no such thing as bad PR.

If he does get banned or a suspension he can become a hairdresser. French guys make great hairdressers or personal assistants

My 20 month old kid keeps waking up,so I am on the computer since I cant go back to sleep. Of course, he went back to sleep.

Anyway, Patrick will get a slap on the wrist. Maybe a 45 to 60 day vacation, I mean suspension....

If one of his snake horses went down in a race and the Jock was killed he would face MURDER charges. He should do time in jail for this and never be able to train again.
