Sat. article in Washington Post --Beyer column--if this guy could pull it off Maryland would have a second chance for its race tracks.

This was an interesting read. Being a successful entrepreneur in a world where you control your entire environment is a very different skill than working through multiple entrenched organizations and people with goals that are different than yours. I would say that he will have quite a challenge working with people that cannot be trampled.
