IT's A BOY ...

Our mare Beach Barbicue gave a nice, big colt by Honour and Glory on Easter Sunday morning. This one was two weeks early but you'd never guess it given his size. One down ; one to go !!!

Thanks guys !!! Madelyn ; that was the very first thing I did when I hung up with the farm ... looked at the availability of that particular name. Unfortunately it's taken ! Might go with Easter Glory?? I mean how weird is it that a baby born on Easter Sunday is by a stallion named Honour and Glory huh ?

Drat. Easter Glory is cool - or Glorious Pascha (the greek word for easter, that also is reflected in Hebrew, and in "passover") and sounds like a turkish nobleman.

I love Easter Glory, but if not that one how about Honour the Day, Glorious Day, Holiday Glory, Easter Sands, Holiday Beach. Holiday babies are fun.
