Re: Judith's Wild Rush...what a fine runner he was.
He's certainly been a consistent, quality racehorse...and (to my way of thinking anyway) is worthy an opportunity at stud.
JWR's sire Wild Rush (by Wild Again out of a Plugged Nickle, o/o a Drone) was a
WOW kinda looker; but was retired to Adena Lex and (at that time) seemed to be overshadowed by G1-BC Classic & $4mil earner Awesome Again (by Deputy Minister out of a Blushing Groom, o/o a Mr Prospector), and G1-Belmont & G1-Haskell winner Touch Gold (by Deputy Minister out of a Buckpasser, o/o a Northern Dancer).
Is your guy as appealing to the eye, and well-made as his sire (Wild Rush)?
Best of luck to ya.

I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am that Judith's Wild Rush has been retired to your farm! He is one of my favorite horses, although I've never seen him in person. What a consistent, hard-trying and courageous horse he is. Hopefully, he's run his last race and can retire without injuries. Congratulations and all success to him!

Sorry to tell you swaps but he is not "officially retired yet" he may run one more time this coming week and then I will be collecting him from the track.
He is completely sound, I think his poor performance this year is just due to age and that he himself feels he has had his run. He did win a stake and have placings in a few others as a 7yr old last year. What a great horse!
I am very proud and thankful to his connections for giving me this opportunity.

He's a tough and honest old boy. Canadian breeders could do a lot worse. Best of luck with him!
