Can anyone tell me what the average purses are there for 3 yr old maidens? Im looking at the website for this upcoming meet, but no purse info yet. Both my 2, but will be 3 yr olds when starting this winter, will be racing there first, just wondering how purses are there?

The condition book for the upcoming meet is on their website, under Racing, Horsemen Information. The purses are there, in the condition book. It is very dependent on exactly what kind of maiden you have.

We have a 2 yo starting at Tampa and both maiden specials we've found for her are 20k.

Perhaps the ones Im looking for just aren't listed yet. They wont be starting until after Jan/Feb, I haven't found anything listed on that site for those days, only races through Dec 2011. No biggie, Im just not looking in the right place, or thet arent listed yet. Things could change anyways, you never know when they will be ready for sure And our trainer will let us know what is going on, he is fabulous! just always looking aroung to see whats ahead

condition books probably arent published yet for that far ahead. A meet will run the same maiden races over and over again at different purse levels. so there might be a 5k maiden, or 20k maiden 2 or 3 times in the same month, sometimes the same week.
