Rosie Napravnik was interviewed on 60 minutes tonight and was the topic of discussion on CBS This Morning. Very nicely done.

Wish her luck in the Kentucky Derby. From a statistical point of view, she seems like the best performing jockey for her specific assigned horse. But beware that this horse looks like a very late rushing one-move horse --- a Giacomo kind of horse! If she wins, then it will be a masterful ride.

I saw the interview and was impressed. I think she is very capable
of a masterful ride.

I have said it for years now and will say it again one of the top riders in the US if not the top rider.

Mylute arrived 5th in the Kentucky Derby in a good rushing effort.
His running style suggests that he may be more suitable for the Belmont Stakes than for the Preakness Stakes but his pedigree tends to favor more Maryland thn New York. But wait he descends from Real Quiet and that is some influence! In short, Rosie Napravnik ran a big race. Congratulations!

MYLUTE with Rosie Napravnik will try to win the Preakness Stakes. Good luck for her and her improving colt:

Rosie Napravnik rode a near perfect ride in the Preakness. A couple of strides better and she would have been perfect arriving second. As for winning the Preakness, that is another story for Mylute's racing style was not to his favor in the Preakness.
