Moon's Halo who sold for $275,000 at Ocala broke his maiden at Belmont today. Will Halo's Image have him another good one since he has produced the big horse in Southern Image but overall has a very low percentage of stakes winners. Halo was capable of siring the big horse in Sunday Silence, Jolie's Halo, Goodbye Halo, and Sunny's Halo but overall was not a great sire but he has been a very good sire. Halo's Image is not even the same league as Halo but capable of getting the big horse like his sire.

Fair assessment...and yes Halo's Image got a very good one in Southern Image...but overalll...considering his excellent opportunity (including some VERY good mares)...it's probably fair to say he's been disappointing in general. You touch on that with your comment "...overall (Halo's Image) has a very low percentage of stakes winners."
You ask "Will Halo's Image have him another good one..." Who knows...but it's probably a very reasonable possibility (at least considering he's already sired a G1 winner...and apparently continues to get good opportunities)...and hopefully many years to get it done. If you're asking will it be Moon's Halo...I suggest maybe...only time will tell.
