Did I mention I love TVG on Turner South (for the fiftieth time)? Cuz I do! Jump On In looked exquisite in the post parade and won by a heap in 1:03.65 in a 5 1/2 furlong maiden special weight for $53,000 at Del Mar.
Beat Fillie by the Bay and Masterful Lass although I dunno if they're any good--I was totally paying attention to Jump On In. She won by plenty of daylight and Gary Stevens was saying how she looks like a 3yo colt the way she carries herself, not a 2yo filly. She's by Jump Start and looks fantastic. I smell a Juvenile Fillies starter.

I signed up for racing replays at the Del Mar site just to watch this race because (a) I love Jump Start and (b) Sadler had talked her up. Wow, he wasn't kidding- this filly can run. Geared down and she still wins by daylight in very fast time? I wish I got TVG in NY; I missed Gary's comments - thanks for posting, Heidilady!
I just hope this gal can go a distance; when horses are this fast, this early, it usually means they are precocious sprinters.

A site that I have found to be very nice, since I can't get TVG without going DISH network or something, is www.racereplays.com.... very handy for watching all of a horse races, or races from a meet, or whatever. They have all the current races, plus archives going back to like 2001-2002 or so. Unlimited replays for $60/quarter plus they have other plans including a daily 40 replays for like $5 or so. Since I'm looking at getting into the claiming game it makes it very nice to be able to see the previous races a horse has run in.
