Not sure how "rare" it needs to be, but this one seems rather rare.

Jorge,
Master's Honey and Missed His Date are 3/4 brothers, the last ones standing of the Double Jay branch of Balladier. Unless magic happens, the Double Jay line will die with these two.

numberwise with 1.12-0.40 and a speed-stamina of 9.5-8.5 looks good, only objection might be low classical, in relation to r- factor.

been busy putting the final on the crazy number's,
put 72 tranfer mares together, if you guys are interexted i, will post them, they are old soooo,no pun intended but 72 is 1/5 of the circle and sound a good enough number, like 20 to easyly judge newer devolopment's ,since my little functionally brain can only work in the old roman days.
so i'm back, thanks for beeing interested,
your's Siegy (also known as Granithe 8 footed horse)
watch out 8 legs are strong!!!!!

The last extant active stallion of the "AMBIORIX" sireline that I have been able to locate is FRENCH SEVENTYFIVE. He is a son of BOITRON, by FARAWAY SON by AMBIOPOISE, a son of AMBIORIX. When this stallion ceases to cover mares or dies this line will retreat to distant history.
He stands in Oklahoma to both QHs and TBs and in fact his fee went up this year, perhaps because he finally has a BT winner or more likely because of the approval of slots. (From very few opportunities he has sired the SP winner, Miss French, but she was second at Arapahoe Park to a filly that went on to be a fair handicap level runner at Sunland and even Santa Anita. A.P. is hardly a top venue and the time of the race seemed kind of slow to me but I'm not familiar with what an average time at AP might be.)
With no intact sons of his appearing as prospective replacements this sireline will vanish except via it's female descendants.....AMBIORIX himself ended up being more highly thought of for his daughters than his sons.
HOWEVER IF you look through the Bloodhorse's Stallion Register of 2005 you'll be surprised how many times an Ambiorix sireline mare - his daughters, granddaughters, and even great granddaugthers and beyond - appear in the direct tail female family of our active stallions. THis list would include Smarty Jones, as a recent example. This was even more true a decade ago when there were still active "Ambiorix sireline stallions" at stud.

When I looked at this subject I didn't think there would be many horses left from rare bloodline, but I decided to look through the JC listing for mares bred from last year and here is what I found.
