Such a cute face. Those fowls look pretty interesting when you're only a few days old.

He is so cute! I love to watch them bounce around and figure out how their legs work. I never get lucky enough to get those shots at the right moment. I love the picture!

Not to make anyone jealous, but he's my favorite baby this year so far.
I love Vicar too...so I'm gonna keep tabs on this boy!
Best of luck and health.

Amazing how the chestnut gene can pass thru generations to eventually show up again. His sire's contribution comes through Vicar's chestnut dam Escrow Agent, who inherited it from her chestnut grandparents Sex Appeal and Secretariat. On his dam's side, Shake On It's sire Affirmed is a chestnut, as is his sire Exclusive Native. Affirmed's maternal chestnut heritage comes forward from chestnuts Marguerite and Ambrose Light in the foal's sixth generation.
I've submitted the name Agent Red to the Jockey Club (approval pending).

The foals from this forum don't want to stay on the ground once they pop! Gerry's mare is just baking him/her a little longer..But your foal is lovely, and seems to like chicken!

He is gorgeous! I love the action picture "airs above the ground" It may sound a little hokey but I have found that a lot of chestnuts that are the result of two bay parents often make successful race horses! Here's to Agent Red  A client of ours had a chestnut Vicar colt on 2/12 - his mom's a bay too!

His name is official--AGENT RED.

Origin: his dad is Vicar, a church agent. His dad's mom is Escrow Agent. Red Agent is communist; wouldn't want that. Agent Orange is a poison; wouldn't want that. Secret..., special..., rogue...agents are all taken. He's obviously a redhead. You get the idea!? :P

All I can think of is that song and I am terrible at songs...something something something and "fly me to the moon" and something about "Jupiter and Mars"....this photo captures the moments that make this business worth the efforts...Congrats on your beautiful baby.

Ahhhhh! What a cutie! Aerial manuevers never cease to make me smile, even when they're all grown up.
