Breeder's Cup changes.

I just love what they have done to the Breeder's Cup. I really think it will improve competition in those races. The "Win and you're in challenge," and allowing horses to come in later even when their sires were not nominated, allows for any really good regional horse that has been able to race up, to go on in and compete for championship titles.
I am so tickled about it, because I believe the new BC program will make North America really the place to race now. Our championships will mean more, and especially with the ban on steriods.
I think this is one of the best things ever to happen for American racing.
