WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEDIGREE POST?

Postby hpkingjr » Sun May 20, 2007 1:35 pm

The Pedigree Post had a wealth of great articles by Anne Peters, Michael Ventura, the list goes on and on. All great to reread and review from time to time. The Pedigree Post has disappeared and some commercial web has replaced it. Where have the articles moved ? Anyone know?

There is a new site called PostRider that started up and seems to have many of the authors pedigree post had. I agree its demise is a tragedy, but I heard no one could take it over and devote the time to it... :(

Anyway - here is a link I found:
http://www.i-announce.net/IAN/load.phtml?id=postrider1

I haven't had a chance to check it out, but Anne Peters & Nigerl Pullen are mentioned here.

Good luck!

I found out about that several months ago. Rocking Trick's excellent article by Michael Ventura was missing! Fortunately, Michael has his own web site and his articles are all posted there:

I was really bummed when Pedigree Post ended. The articles were up for awhile.
I wrote 3 published articles on the site and fortunately saved and printed out 2 of them.
The other is lost forever. The computer I used with the saved files died and I can't even access them anymore since I use a Mac now.
I miss reading the other articles too.
I was particularly fond of Anne's articles...
Sigh.
If anyone has copied the articles published on that site could you share them?
I would love to re-read them and get a hold of the article of mine I no longer have.

And here's a more recent version of it with articles not found in the Rick posted version:

Xmas has arrived. I'm like a drunk at a free bar, soaking up the sauce. It's a pleasure to see the new articles as well as re-reading the golden oldies. Thanks Anne and LB
