Please help identify this horse

Only have the tattoo: C15775 (I think)

Not mine, but went to see the horse today. He is a sweetie pie. The woman that owns him is having some trouble with him. (flipping etc) Upon inspection I found several problems with his legs. Would love to find out more info if possible.

approx 8 years old, dark bay gelding.

I'd go through equibase/equineline (forget which one) but I don't have the $35 needed, not sure if there is another way.

Unfortunately, the only way to search by tattoo number is through the Jockey Club (Equineline). Sorry!
