Sorry I missed this - not that I'm an expert or anything.
Your farrier is your best friend - can't they trim to correct the toeing in? How about some equilox to correct the problem?
For the epiphysitis we use mud on their legs - it helps cool them down and it also as a side effect helps with fly control which in turn helps with the feet (less stomping). You could also try some Surpass (?) gel form bute under the mud on the affected joints.
