If you're not breeding to sell, I like her with Pleasant Tap.
When you see a mare like Candy Ride's sister in a the sale, you're seeing somebody try to make money off the hype. She was bought for comparatively cheap in Argentina, put in foal to Johannesburg when he was still comparatively cheap, and now you have a foal on the ground by a hot young sire out of a full sister to Candy Ride...presto! Instant high bid yearling!

Analysis
Thanks for the posts. I truly enjoy both Kimberly Mine and Maven's insights. I often read them and go wow, now that is something to consider. Sonora's Moon is currently in foal to Canadian Frontier, Madelyn, so good call there.

I assume you are talking about my Hennessy mare Pouilly Fuisse. She is currently in foal to Candy Ride and I'm trying to determine who to book her to, next year. I am interested to know why you like Pleasant Tap.
I was indeed referring to Pouilly Fuisse, and the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw her pedigree was this:

Aside from that, the mating suggests a very versatile runner. Pleasant Tap is all about stamina, while Hennessy and Swing Till Dawn provide speed. When crossed on a turfy mare, Pleasant Tap will get you a useful turfer. Pouilly Fuisse's damside screams turf, although the Hennessy would provide a dirt option as well.
