Congratulations Maven. I haven't watched the show yet, but will give it a shot this week.

Pushing Daisies
Wednesday at 8pm ET on ABC
It's a special Halloween tale on tap when jockeys start turning up trampled to death, supposedly by the ghost of a long dead rider and his spooky horse. Olive -- a jockey in her life before the Pie Hole -- hires Ned and the team to investigate. Meanwhile, Ned finds himself haunted by the ghosts of his own past as Halloween nears.

haha Glad you brought this up! I kind of stopped pimping it on the board but this story line had some involvement from me when I took everyone to the track last year when the show was in pre-production!

Never fear Maven, we're happy to pimp the show for you. 8) I like quality television. That's how I roll. ;) I saw the storyline coming and got really excited. Now, if you could please take the cast to see Brad Pitt shirtless I would appreciate that appearing in an upcoming episode.

Congrats on getting racing into the show!

That puts it in company with "Law and Order" and "The Sopranos."

I'd wondered if you were involved when I saw last week's previews. ;)

I wondered if you had something to do with last nights storyline :)

It is a refreshing new show. I'll admit that I would never have watched it if you hadn't "pimped" it but I am glad you did as it is very entertaining and very funny :)

Well I'm really glad you guys liked it! When I took everyone to the track they had a great time and the story line started evolving THAT day!

The writers picked my brain for details that would be known to the masses but that would also make fans of the sport chuckle. Hopefully the mission was accomplished!

I think we may buy a horse together and run it in Pushing Daisies silks and give it a PD name!

The show needs the Beulah Twins.

Oops...I think I wrote that 10 or 11 times already. So much for viewer feedback being respected.

Great job, Maven!

How about giving us some opinions on the Keeneland hips that are listed over on the Sales forum.... your thoughts and opinions are always helpful.
