It just really confirms my thoughts - buyers remember the last races run and don't look back any further :( Too bad none of my babies had any runners in the family.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the Lion Heart filly. I WISH folks could see her run - she floats, she glides, she's magical. But alas, they watch her walk only and supposedly can tell how they will run based on that - which is why the Green Monkey sold for so much money

Well, M - at least you didn't lose the farm on it and a PROFIT IS A PROFIT. Hey, hay and grain for this winter!!

Congrats M - a sale is a sale.
I thought we'd get a little more for our girl (Hip #903), but she went to a good home and will get the best opportunities. And since I still own mom, that can't hurt.

Thanks. I stayed and watched Press Camp go through.. at least she went to B. Wayne Hughes.

Regarding my filly, I went out back and hugged her goodbye after the sale. All's well that ends well.

We did ok with All For Fashion... 210k to Wayne Hughes. I was hoping for a little more but really can't complain.
Don't be so humble - you are not that great.
