I'm sure everyone's been waiting on this one....

Pavarotti - 3 time winner, 6 starts. Won the Round Table Stakes on July 14 at Arlington Park.

Was a 2.5 million yearling by Magnier, et al and will enter stud in Florida for $6,500.

He's by AP Indy out of Snow Forest, by Woodman.

Utopia to NY for $7500. Don't know too much about him other than the press release. I like the fact he ran 39 times in mostly drug free countries and could also win in US graded company. I like the Forty Niner son part too. Why NY though?

Successful Ways in Florida

Postby Swain Fan » Mon Dec 17, 2007 9:28 pm

Successful Ways by Successful Appeal, trained by Zito, 2 starts and 2 wins. won $55,000. Was training for the Holy Bull and on the KD trail when he was injured. Saw an ad on him in the wire to wire and they are offering a half price fee ($3000 reg. fee) if purchased by mid Jan. they guarantee live foal or will rebreed mare. Also are offering a breeding right contract... don't know the details on that yet. Went to see him at their stallion show and there was some pretty good comments made on him. He looks better in person, he is putting on weight and really filling out. Closing Argument left for Kentucky with a new fee of $12,500, like his sire before him. What are your thoughts on Successful Ways? Do you think he will sire race babies? Any other comments? I have 2 mares I was going to take to Closing Arguement but don't really want to go to Ky. His new photo is on the farm website at http://www.upsanddownsfarm.com/SW.htm
Let me know what you think, Thanks :?:
