I don't believe that report is true, I have a mare booked to him in 2008. One of the stallion stats pages in one of the publications (don't remember which one) still has him listed as being in Florida, which I think he was for a time.

He was never in Florida. That was just a mistake on Bloodhorse's part.

I also have a mare booked to him in California next year so I don't think he's going anywhere.

2008 bloodhorse Stallion registry lists him as standing at Hidden point Farm Ocala Florida for a fee of $5000. Web Site hiddenpointfarm.com

Yup - the Bloodhorse goofed. They put Formal Dinner's info underneath Formal Gold. I spoke with the owner yesterday, and the Bloodhorse is going to run a full-page correction the next time they do a West Coast Spotlight edition.
